Staff was helpful and rooms very clean. I recommend it for those who will not spend a lot of time in their rooms.

The reception people were very nice and helpful. We had to leave very early for a flight and they made us coffee, while we waited for a taxi. The rooms were newly renovated and good size for Paris. The location is not turisty, with many great restaurants nearby.
My only complaint is that the shower was small, even for Paris.

The beautiful decor of the room. The ever so helpful staff. They made us laugh :)
There was no lift in the building and our room was on the 4th floor. My mum who is in her 40's had a hard time climbing up the stairs. Also the location was very disappointing.

The staff was very friendly and helpful and assisited with the luggag on the 5 floor climb to my room, which was sufficiently comfortable.
The entrance to the hotel is more of a non-entrance of no distinction, no reception (only a small office to the side of an uanttractive entrance corridor). It was not good value - other than being the least expensive option available on a very booked week in Paris. I have stayed at many much more attractive hotels at half the price. The absence of an elevator was not a plus, particularly with a room on the fifth floor. I did not consider the absence of a breakfast option a minus, but it should be noted for anyone who would. Also, many of the rooms including mine faced a brick wall some 30 feet from the window. But again, the staff was indeed very friendly.

The design of the hotel was nice and the staff were helpful.
The building is too high not to have a lift and far too noisy with the 6 floor staircase due to there being no carpet - you can hear guests the whole way up the stairs from your bedroom. The lack of carpets in each of the bedroom 'foyers' also makes it incredibly noisy when guests arrive back at night/leave in the morning as everything echos. The lack of air conditioning is unacceptable in the summer as the road is too noisy for guests to leave their windows open. For the price paid, this hotel delivers a very poor quality and service - equivalent to a €50 a night hostel in any other European capital.

The staff was great and the room was immaculate and recently renovated. Upon checkin, the desk clerk carried our 2 very heavy bags up to the 5th floor, and seemed delighted to do so.
The location was scary at first, upon our first visit to Paris. In the future I'll book further in advance. This was the cheapest available one day in advance, though still the most expensive hotel we've ever stayed in at more than $250 per night (maybe $300 - I'm afraid to do the math). After a short time we realized that, this bohemian and heavy drinking young neighborhood was realy pretty safe, we relaxed.

The hotel was new and clean. The staff was very nice and friendly. Everything was working (hot water, sinks, fridge, tv, free wifi). It is close to a metro and many restaurants and cafes. I would recommend for anyone looking for a clean, comfortable room in a non-touristy area with lots of food/nightlife options.
The hotel is in a very popular area for nightlife. Most nights we could block out noise just with earplugs, but one Tuesday night it was impossible. The entire area around the hotel was shut down to cars and there was a huge street party. Between that and the clubs down stairs, we couldn't sleep until 2am. Very frustrating when paying so much. I would not recommend for anyone looking for a quiet room.

Just renovated, so everything is brand new.staff is very friendly. at150€/night it was the most affordable place in Paris available for those three days.
Still smells like fresh paint which is very harsh. There are seriuos problems with the shower. No phone. No safe. Tv mounted on the wrong wall, which makes it hard to watch( it's on the side if the bed). I would recommend this Place as a last resort.

6th floor without elevator. Bathroom without sink - you have o use a "kitchen sink" (very odd) within the room, very cheap bed (not even Ikea level). No Breakfast available.
